WBCS also dissolved BCC's Defined Benefit Pension
Plan & Trust program. WBCS continues to be
involved in annual audits and tax planning until
the dissolution process is completed.

clean up accounting records for the mortgage operation, prepared
consolidated financial statements and performed internal
audits for the holding company. On March 30, 2001 Zions
Bancorporation completed its merger with Eldorado
Bancshares, Inc. Eldorado’s subsidiaries, Eldorado Bank
and Antelope Valley Bank, were merged into Zions’
subsidiary, California Bank & Trust Bank.

was involved with the set up of accounting systems and
procedures, inventory control etc., and the initial
day-to-day accounting functions and the training of
