Venture capital funding company and owner of manufactured loans held for resale. WBCS was involved in setting up accounting systems and procedures.  WBCS performed annual audits, tax planning and tax return preparation. WBCS also dissolved this company as of 09/30/2001 which also involved the sale and transfer of the manufactured loans and transition of the servicing operations to a new loan servicing company.
 
Belgravia Capital Corporation (BCC), Irvine, CA
Commercial lending company who sold its operations to Finova Realty Capital.  WBCS dissolved BCC from 49 states and the District of Columbia and is currently in the process of dissolving them in California as of 09/30/2001.  WBCS also dissolved BCC's Defined Benefit Pension Plan & Trust program. WBCS continues to be involved in annual audits and tax planning until the dissolution process is completed.

Company was dissolved by WBCS in 1998 after it was sold to The Associates.  WBCS also prepared documentation and schedules for financial and legal due diligence, and sale price calculations. WBCS also performed the function of interim controller during and after the finalization of the sale.

Eldorado Bank, Laguna Hills, CA - The largest independently owned community bank headquartered in Orange County. WBCS assisted with phase out and clean up accounting records for the mortgage operation, prepared consolidated financial statements and performed internal audits for the holding company. On March 30, 2001 Zions Bancorporation completed its merger with Eldorado Bancshares, Inc. Eldorado’s subsidiaries, Eldorado Bank and Antelope Valley Bank, were merged into Zions’ subsidiary, California Bank & Trust Bank.

A technology company specializing in loss prevention solutions.  They manufactures and distribute The Wheel, a patented device that is installed in shopping carts to limit their range of travel and prevent losses.  Marketed to supermarkets  who wish to confine carts to their parking lots and to retailers who wish to confine carts to the interior of their stores. WBCS was involved with the set up of accounting systems and procedures, inventory control etc., and the initial day-to-day accounting functions and the training of accounting personnel.  www.g8keeper.com

WBCS was involved in developing complex departmental budgets that rolled up to the Corporate level. These budgets were instrumental in the acquisition of the company by Sage Software, Inc. WBCS also instructed department heads and management on how to update the departments budgets.
